An audit of the Traffic and Parking Violations Bureau has uncovered an excess of 80 million dollars in uncollected fees. The glut is attributed to parking violations and moving violations. The Comptroller's office and other officials are looking into the matter. It has been suggested that an upgrade to the current computer system may help alleviate some of the ground work in collecting the fees.
