Former Miss USA Rima Fakih was charged with Driving While Intoxicated while driving through Highland Park in Michigan.
Police suspected Ms. Fakih of violating the law up noticing her vehicle driving at a high rate of speed and weaving through traffic. Upon inspection of her jaguar, the police noted that an open bottle of champagne was found.
A breath test was administered and the results resulted in a BAC of more than twice the legal limit.
