Declined to Prosecute

The ticket fixing scandal that has rocked Bronx County appears to be isolated to only Bronx County.

According to news sources, the other four District Attorney offices in the remaining four boroughs (Queens, New York, Kings and Richmond) have declined to prosecute or denied having any credible information regarding the scandal.  Some critics have cited this inaction as proof that the indictments are a political witch hunt.  Many members of the PBA can bee seen protesting the indictments with signs reading "Its a courtesy, not a crime."  We will continue to monitor this situation and keep you posted.
