LOCAL INFORMATION

The court is located on Pondfield Road across the street from the public library.  The court does not have a dedicated parking lot but there is ample parking on the street for visitors.  For litigants who cannot drive to court, there are local buses that travel through Bronxville and there is a Metro North train station a few blocks away from the court.  The court is located in the same building as Village Hall and the Police Department.

Although the court is a part time court, the Clerk’s Office is open 5 days a week.  They can help you answer basic questions such as how to file a small claims action.
