How Many Points
Will I Receive?
When a driver is convicted of a speeding ticket, they can
receive any where from three to eleven points on their license. Once driver receives six points, New
York State will assess a $300.00 driver’s respoinsiblity assessment. Once a driver receives eleven points,
their privilege to drive will be suspended in the State of New York.
Note, there are many other circumstances that can lead to a
license suspension. They are not discussed in this blog post.

How Do I Fight My Kent
