About the court: the Court is located in the Municipal
Complex. It is a short distance
from the Guilderland police station. This court tends to adjudicate a high
volume of traffic tickets due to the nearby surrounding highways including but
not limited to I-87. Many of these tickets are for speeding under VTL
1180. The court also has power to
adjudicate all misdemeanor case and lower level civil case.
