The court is located at 210 Bridge Street, P.O. Box 195 - Narrowsburg, NY 12764.  It can be reached via telephone at 845-252-7146 or by fax at 845-252-7509.  Some litigants refer to this court as the Narrowsburg Court.  Although the court is located in Narrowsburg, it is technically named the Tusten Court.

The court is relatively close to Monticello and I-84.

In general, court is held on Thursdays at 5:00pm.  The two presiding justices rotate turns presiding over court.  The court may be open for special session when the need dictates.  For example, night time DWI arraignments and hardship hearings may require the court to open a special session beyond its regularly scheduled court dates and times.

Traffic Court

The court maintains a vibrant traffic calendar.  A fair amount of tickets are issued along the State Route 52.  Route 52 is also known as Bridge Street and varies in speed.  For the most part, the speed limit is 30 mph.  Because this is a State road, it is patrolled by the NYS Police aka State Troopers.  The Troop responsible for this portion of road is Troop F.
