The court is easily accessible from the Metro North train
station. It is approximately 2 blocks from the Pelham Station. It is adjacent to the police department
and Town offices. The court does
not have a dedicated court parking lot.
There are many metered parking spots on the street which is sufficient

There are two presiding justices in Pelham. They are elected to a four year
term. The judges have the power to
